Chelsea Affirms Moises Caicedo’s Future is Safe Even if He Changes Agent

The club considers that this change is just a personal matter and does not affect the commitment of the player, who is still under a long-term contract until 2031. Internal sources also confirmed that Caicedo has no intention of leaving Chelsea even though he has been linked with Real Madrid.

Caicedo’s decision to change his agent was revealed in a post on social media which was later deleted. In that statement, he said that he was no longer working with Manuel Sierra from Football Division Worldwide.

This statement caused confusion because it said that Caicedo was now represented by a ‘trustworthy’ party. After clarification from his lawyer, Chris Farnell, it was discovered that Caicedo is now being looked after directly by his family.

Chelsea are not believed to see any tension between Caicedo and his old representatives. The club considers the player’s move to be a personal decision without any element of professional conflict.
