There are NO prizes for guessing that Ka Ying Rising will be the star of the show when racing at Sha Tin in Hong Kong begins with an 11-race program on Easter Monday.
It can be expected that it will be another victory parade for the fastest sprinter on the planet, who is looking to extend his unbeaten winning streak to 19 in the six-run Group Two Sprint Cup (8.35am).
With huge crowds of fans hoping to catch a glimpse of their champion when he steps onto the pitch, he will not disappoint and looks set to take his winnings to almost £14 million.
A tougher puzzle to solve is The Chairman’s Trophy, a Group Two contest over a mile at 9.45am.
Another crowd pleaser, Voyage Bubble, and double Group One Longines Hong Kong Mile winner is looking to get his career back on track after suffering two tough defeats to Romantic Warrior earlier this year.
There is no doubt that at his best he would have crushed these 13 rivals, despite handing them a five pound penalty. However, there was a feeling that ‘Father Time’ might catch the six-time Group One winner, and he was reluctantly passed over.
The likes of Group One Champion Mile winner Red Lion, once top sprinter Lucky Sweynesse and My Wish are looking to regain form. They will have supporters and be able to make their presence felt.
Fast Network is very interesting. He chased home Ka Ying Rising over six furlongs this season before winning the Grade One event with his head on his chest during another sprint trip last month.
Having canceled his trip to Dubai earlier this month, he is now twice further along in his journey but should not be overlooked, having finished fourth to My Wish in last season’s Hong Kong Classic Mile.
A talented but unpredictable runner GALAXY PATCH has been mentioned by many names, most of which are unprintable, in the past after a series of disappointing performances in Group One contests.
There is no doubt that he has the ability and his trials and hard work leading up to this contest have been encouraging.
In a wide-open contest, he’s worth taking a chance on with an intriguing opportunity to finally seal the high standing he has through connections.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
