Real Madrid officially announced their squad list ahead of their trip to Manchester City in the second leg of the round of 16 League Champion middle of this week. Kylian Mbappe and Jude Bellingham are reportedly able to play in this match.
Real Madrid flew to England today and will face Manchester City on Tuesday evening local time, or Wednesday morning WIB 18 March 2026.
With a landslide 3-0 win in the first leg – thanks to Federico Valverde’s hat trick, Los Blancos will try to complete their task at the Etihad Stadium this midweek.
Ahead of the match, manager Alvaro Arbeloa announced the list of players he would bring to Manchester for the match.
The biggest news is that Kylian Mbappe has been declared fit to be reintroduced to the squad after missing the last few matches due to a knee injury.
The French international star will most likely not be a starter, but the availability of Mbappe from the bench will still be a big boost for Madrid.
Apart from that, Jude Bellingham is also included in El Real’s squad for the match at the Etihad, although it is not yet clear whether he will be ready to play or not.
Meanwhile, Alvaro Carreras also returned to Arbeloa’s squad after recovering from the injury he suffered about a week ago. Likewise with David Alaba, who was declared to have returned to the Madrid squad.
Unfortunately there will be no Raul Asencio and Ferland Mendy, both of whom have not yet recovered from their fitness problems and will miss this midweek match, along with Rodrygo Goes, Eder Militao and Dani Ceballos.
For this reason, Arbeloa recalled several young players, namely Diego Aguado, Jorge Cestero, Manuel Angel, Cesar Palacios and Thiago Pitarch. Meanwhile, Mario Rivas has returned to join other young players at Castilla.
Apart from that, Franco Mastantuono also returned to the Real Madrid squad, after he missed last weekend’s league match due to suspension.
Real Madrid certainly has the upper hand after winning a landslide win over City in the previous leg. Now, of course they still hope to win the match at home to their opponents this midweek.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
