1. Open Menu
2. Select Settings on the menu
3. Select Backup & reset
4. Selec Factory data reset (Erase all data on tablet)
5. This will erase all data from your tablet’s internal storage, including;
   • your Google account
   • System and app data and settings
   • Downloadeds apps
6. To clear music, pictures and other user data, the phone storage needs to be erased.
7. Check Erase phone storage (Erase all data on the phone storage such as music or photos)
8. Then select Reset tablet
9. Wait until erase data done
10. Finished
