PSM Makassar was officially left by the analyst Jose Filipe Carvalho Dos Santos

FAJAR.CO.ID, MAKASSAR – Makassar PSM again lost a figure in its coaching team for next season.

The PSM Makassar Talent Analysis and seeker team, Jose Filipe Carvalho Dos Santos, officially said goodbye.

Jose Filipe Carvalho Dos Santos announced his separation with PSM Makassar through uploads on his personal social media.

He conveyed his resignation through uploads on the Instagram account @jfilipesantos, Sunday (5/25/2025)

In his upload, this Portuguese man showed moments when accompanying PSM Makassar in several matches.

He thanked him for two years who said he had a great experience with the Juku team spell.

“Thank you all for these two extraordinary years. Two years of growth, challenges, and learning that shape me become a better coach and person,” he wrote.

Jose Carvalho said he was proud of the achievement of PSM this season. The South Sulawesi pride team managed to finish in the sixth position of League 1 and penetrated the ACC semifinal.

“I am proud of what we achieved together, completing the sixth position in the league and reaching the Shopee Cup (ACC) semifinals,” he said.

“Thank you for the trust, memories, and journey. Thank you, thank you, thank you,” he concluded.

The Jose Carvalho joined PSM Makassar since the start of the 2023/2024 season to support the performance of head coach Bernardo Tavares.

The former Assistant coach Mirandela U-19 acts as a match analyst as well as a talent monitor.

His job is to collect data on the performance of PSM players and potential opponents, then present an analysis to the coach.
