Gilabola.com – Everton starting to take serious steps to transfer market summer. The club is monitoring three players from Manchester Cityincluding wingers who are currently on loan, Jack Grealish.
The 30 year old player joined The Toffees on loan last summer. He appeared impressive at the start of the season before suffering a foot injury in January which forced him to end the season early.
Everton has the option to make Grealish permanent for a fee of IDR 1 trillion according to the loan agreement. However, the club reportedly has no plans to activate that clause. Even so, they are increasingly confident that they can retain him next season, either through a return loan scheme or a permanent transfer at a lower price.
Grealish himself feels comfortable playing with Everton and is open to staying. The England national team player is expected to have recovered and be ready to play again around July. Meanwhile, Manchester City does not mind letting him go because he is not included in Pep Guardiola’s plans.
Apart from Grealish, David Moyes’ team is also targeting other players from the club nicknamed The Cityzens.
The club has confirmed that the centre-back John Stone will leave the Etihad Stadium at the end of the season after his contract expires. This means that it can be obtained for free.
Everton had previously considered recruiting Stones since last March. However, competition for his signature is predicted to be very tight. Even so, the player is said to be open to returning to Merseyside.
According to Graeme Bailey’s report, almost half of the Premier League clubs have contacted Stones regarding a possible transfer. Apart from that, several foreign clubs such as Monaco, Marseille, Inter Milan, and teams from the Saudi Arabian League and MLS have also shown interest.
Everton is indeed trying to add depth to the central defender position. Jarrad Branthwaite has been out for a long time this season and recently suffered a hamstring injury which ended his season.
James Tarkowski still an important player, but his performance has decreased. At 33 years old, the club is starting to think about regeneration. The same thing applies to Michael Keane who is the same age, although he has extended his contract by a season after performing quite well.
Meanwhile, 24 year old Jake O’Brien is actually considered to have great potential. However, he is often played as a right-back by Moyes due to limited options in that position.
Seeing these conditions, Everton is likely to recruit two new center backs this summer. Stones is one of the targets, although his injury history is a risk consideration.
Besides that, Nathan Ake is also back on the radar. The club previously communicated with representatives of the Dutch player in August, but did not continue the transfer process.
With his contract still valid until the summer of 2027, Ake’s future is now again in question. He has rarely had the opportunity to play this season under Guardiola and is expected to be allowed to leave.
Everton could potentially revive their interest in the 31-year-old. His ability to play as a center back or left back makes him an attractive option, especially because the club also wants to strengthen the left sector of defense.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
