Chelsea face a serious threat from UEFA, new players are threatened with absent in the Champions League!

It is feared they will not be able to strengthen Chelsea in the Champions League next season if the club fails to meet UEFA requirements. In addition, additional fines of up to Rp 1.15 trillion can also be imposed if the financial target is not achieved.
